I vote fake and made up. WTF, what doctor's office and laundry in Rome have signs in English?

And Orthodox monasteries don't have cemeteries, at least not public ones. For the monks maybe, although can't recall seeing cemeteries in any Orthodox monasteries I've ever visited.

See that's why I'm such a jackass, I come nitpicking and spoil all the fun :).
